Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit will be required and must be paid to reserve your appointment date and time. The cost of the deposit will go towards the total of your appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable. Any cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will result with a fee of 50% the reserved services. A rescheduling fee of $25 will be required within 24 hours of reserved appointments. In the result of a no call/no show, the client will automatically be charged 100% of the service. I have a 15 minute grace period, but if a client is more than 15 minutes late with no communication they will be considered a no-show and will be charged the no-show fee.
